Scott has been at the helm of the ILLCOM Group since 1982, a pioneer of when the hype of pagers & analogue phones first hit the market. Scott, unlike others in the industry, did not continue the trend into telecommunications but created a niche business offering specialised RF Communication service in a broad spectrum of industries.

Scott is continually looking to grow the ILLCOM Group, as many people are unaware of the value RF Communications can bring to your business practices. Scott is available to meet or chat to anyone about the improvements that RF or our Messaging Bureau can bring to your business.

Mitchell Baxter – General Manager Illawarra Communications

Mitchell was born into RF, being the son of Managing Director Scott Baxter. Mitchell attended “The Kings School” in Sydney. Upon graduation, in 1997 he joined Illawarra Communications and obtained his Electronics qualifications.

Mitchell is the sales force for ILLCOM RF division, he has a talent for mapping communications solutions for all industry types.

Barry Lacey – Senior Engineer

Barry has spent more years as an RF Engineer than most people have had hot dinners. Barry has been with Illawarra Communications for nearly 20 years. He is living proof you can teach an old dog new tricks and is also ILLCOM’s own walking RF encyclopaedia of anything both old and new.

Diana Krstevski – Administration Manager

Diana is the motor that gets the wheels in motion at Illawarra Communications, wearing many hats Office Administration, Reception greeting all our new customers, Account Management and keeping the gentlemen in the work shop in line.
Diana also comes with a wealth of experience having studied Accounting & currently sitting for a commerce degree in University of Wollongong.
